USPS Priority Mail: Order by NOON cst. 12/19 * Must select $8 shipping rate OR redeem FREE Shipping at $125 

USPS Ground or First Class Mail: Order by NOON cst. 12/18

Most orders will ship USPS first class and/or priority. Some orders will ship UPS. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.

Rise Boutique shipping rates are as follows:

$3.50 for items weighing up to 4oz
$5.50 for items weighing up to 8oz
$8 flat rate on all other orders over 8oz

FREE shipping on orders over $125

The Rise Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once it leaves our warehouse. ALL packages are insured. Customer is responsible to file a claim with UPS or USPS for reimbursement or locating a lost package. 

LOCAL PICKUP

NOTICE: The Rise Boutique Owner, Chelsey Mauris, is preparing to move in the coming month or two. That means the boutique will then officially shift to ONLINE ONLY with NO LOCAL PICK UP OPTION. Until, that time local shoppers are encouraged to utilize this option. Stay tuned for further details regarding the cut off time for Local Pick Up. The online shipping option may also be paused for a period of time during the move. Details will be posted here as well as the social media pages. Anyone subscribed to the emails or text alerts will also receive a notification of these changes.

For those who are local to the Winnebago Area, you may choose to pick up your purchases. You'll need to select LOCAL PICKUP at check-out otherwise you will be charged shipping and I will ship your package. 

Orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 business days.

Once orders are marked as Ready for pick-up it is the responsibility of you, the purchaser, to contact The Rise Boutique regarding your pickup time. Pick up location will be on the email confirmation. I am available Monday – Friday 8AM – 7PM or Saturday & Sunday by appointment for pick up. YOU’LL NEED TO RESPOND TO YOUR PICK UP EMAIL TO RESERVE YOUR TIME OR SCHEDULE A TIME OUTSIDE OF PICKUP HOURS.

***You will receive an order confirmation and a separate email indicating that your order is ready for pick up. Please be sure to check your junk box as sometimes those pick up confirmation emails are flagged as spam.

***I do not offer home delivery***

NOTE: For local pick-up orders, the 14 day return policy starts the 6th business day after your order was fulfilled and ready for pick up. Please pick up your items in a timely fashion: 3-5 business days is recommended!
